3. Customer Service Standards

• Protect customer confidentiality.
• Avoid making promises that have not been approved by the company.
• Never mislead customers regarding loan products, fees, interest rates, or repayment terms.

4. Integrity & Honesty

Employees shall not:

• Falsify company records or customer information.
• Accept bribes, kickbacks, gifts, or personal benefits in exchange for company services.
• Demand unauthorized charges from customers.
• Divert customer repayments into personal accounts.
• Forge signatures or documents.
• Manipulate loan records or performance reports.

Any suspected fraud or unethical conduct must be reported to Management immediately.

5. Confidentiality

• Keep all customer and company information confidential.
• Protect passwords, system access, and company records.
• Share confidential information only with authorized persons.
• Do not disclose customer information to family, friends, competitors, or unauthorized third parties.
• Return all company records and equipment upon termination of employment.

6. Attendance & Punctuality

• Resume work on time every working day.
• Attend all meetings and training sessions.
• Notify your supervisor before any absence or lateness.
• Obtain approval before taking leave.

Repeated absenteeism or lateness may result in disciplinary action.

7. Company Property

• Use company assets responsibly.
• Protect company laptops, phones, vehicles, documents, and equipment.
• Do not use company property for unauthorized personal business.
• Report any loss or damage immediately.

8. Conflict of Interest

Avoid situations that conflict with the company's interests. Employees shall not:

• Operate or work for a competing lending business without written approval.
• Recommend customers for personal financial gain.
• Conduct private lending using company customers.

Any potential conflict must be disclosed to Management immediately.

9. Anti-Fraud & Anti-Corruption

GrowthFin Solutions maintains zero tolerance for fraud and corruption. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Forging customer documents.
• Unauthorized loan approvals.
• Collusion with customers to defraud the company.

Any employee found guilty shall face disciplinary action, including dismissal and possible legal prosecution.
